All computer repairs and technical fixes come with a 14-day workmanship warranty. If the same problem returns within that period, we’ll fix it again free of charge. Any hardware we supply is covered by its own manufacturer’s warranty.
Best of all, if we can’t fix your issue, you won’t be charged. Unfortunately, due to continuing high fuel prices we have had to modify our pricing. Rather than increase our hourly rate for all customers, we have decided to institute a call-out fee equivalent to a half hour of our time. This fee only affects the small number of customers we end up being unable to help. When we fix your problem the fee is included in the minimum 1 hour charge you would normally pay.
